Relational therapy in Santa Barbara and teletherapy throughout California

Real change.

Not just getting through it.

It feels awful being stuck while life happens all around you.

  • The people closest to you feel further away than they should

  • Every important conversation seems to go sideways or nowhere at all

  • You grew up feeling like no one really got you — and part of you still feels that way

  • You want to actually show up for the people in your life —
not just go through the motions

  • You can't shake the feeling that something is missing, you just can't name it

You’re here because you are aware of the patterns in your life and nothing has worked to change them.

Hey, I’m Taylor.

I built Tune In Psychotherapy because I believe therapy should be a place to take risks and give you a place to change.

I've been in the client's chair. I know what it takes to let someone in, to say the hard thing out loud, and to sit with the discomfort of real change. It's not easy. But I also know what's waiting on the other side of that work because I've done it myself.

I got sober in my 20s by asking for help. I found my direction by going back to therapy. Today I'm a husband and a father of two boys. None of that happened by figuring it out alone.

That's what I bring into the room with you: honesty, some humor, and a genuine investment in where you're headed. I'm not going to sit back and just listen. I'm going to be in it with you.

You don't have to go at this alone. That's the whole point.

Men’s Work

We help men transform their relational approach and agenda. Going from an “I” and shifting to a “We” mentality.

We are here to be your collaborators.
Here’s how the process works.

  • We offer a free 20 minute consult call to see if we are a good fit. We ask about the current struggles and answer any questions you might have. Ask us anything!

  • We have expectations of all our clients just as you do of us. We meet once a week to develop a rhythm and so we know each other. Through this pattern we begin to understand your world and the present patterns that are impacting your life.

  • Through our work you are able to feel comfortable in relationships. You can say what was formerly unsayable. You can hold boundaries that were previously not enforced. You practice kindness which was formerly people pleasing or harshness.

Ready to stop circling and actually move?

Starting is the hardest part. Not because you're not ready, but because you don't know what to expect. Here's what you can count on: clear direction, real support, and someone who's in it with you from day one.

Let's get to work.
