Relational Therapy in California

We help make relationships connective and safe again.

Hey, I’m Taylor, Owner of Tune In Psychotherapy.

You're here because something needs to change.

When relationships are off, everything feels off. Work, sleep, your mood, it all takes a hit.

Whether you're dealing with stress, feeling disconnected, stuck in the same arguments, or just going through the motions, that weight adds up. I help men cut through that and actually feel good again.

I've been where you are.

In my 20s, I hit a wall and had to ask for help. I got sober, and I've stayed sober for 17 years. When I felt lost about my purpose, I went back to therapy and figured it out.

Today I'm a husband and a dad to two young boys.

I'm not going to sit across from you and not be me. I know what it takes to do the hard work and come out the other side. It starts with our relationship.

Here's how I work.

You need a plan, not just a place to vent.

My job is to help you see what's holding you back, build on what's already working, and give you real tools you can use outside of this office. We focus on results. This means better relationships, more confidence,
and a life that doesn't feel like a grind.

You already have more than you think. Let's put it to work.

The Relational Way

We want to know you, not just the symptoms. We are honored to be let in to your world and help you work through the painful aspects of being human.

To be in a relationship, one must be an active participant.

Here, we practice what we preach. To be in therapy with us means to be supported, like a friend putting a blanket on you after being out in the cold.

We honor your experience by listening with curiosity, being intentional with our questions, and heartfelt with our dialogue.

You might be taken aback by our presence, but it is what will make you stay.

We are integrated, which means each clinician brings their unique voice to the work.

We believe that everyone is capable of change and it is the client that knows best. We are not the holders of reality – instead, we are collaborators in the co-emerging experience of change. We believe strongly in the adage “it is the relationship that heals”.

Therapy with Tune In Psychotherapy might be a fit if you…

  • Are looking for someone that shows up as themself.

  • Have had less engaged therapists and want something new.

  • Want someone that is excited for you to take risks.

  • Looking to be challenged and supported at the same time.

Ready to stop circling and actually move?

Starting is the hardest part. Not because you're not ready — because you don't know what to expect. Here's what you can count on: clear direction, real support, and someone who's in it with you from day one.

Let's get to work.
