About Jordan

In my work with clients, I’ve come to understand that everyone is doing their best to navigate the various challenges and pain that come with being a human.

Our relationships and life experiences shape how we respond to discomfort, and sometimes the coping strategies we develop can become patterns that leave us feeling insecure, disconnected, or lost. I believe we all hold the capacity to grow and change into the people we want to become.

I aim to create a space grounded in empathy, authenticity, and non-judgment - one that welcomes all the ways you show up! Together, we can explore these patterns and work toward moving through life with greater clarity, stability, and confidence.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across a variety of settings, including community mental health, group practice, wilderness programs, and outpatient substance use treatment.

My work is informed by psychodynamic, relational, somatic, and trauma-informed perspectives.

Education

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster University in Salt Lake City, Utah

Ready to stop circling and actually move?

Starting is the hardest part. Not because you're not ready — because you don't know what to expect. Here's what you can count on: clear direction, real support, and someone who's in it with you from day one.

Let's get to work.
